Bryan Jordan is president and chief executive officer of First Horizon National Corp. and First Tennessee Bank

Bryan Jordan became President and Chief Executive Officer of First Horizon National Corp. and First Tennessee Bank National Assoc. on Sept. 1, 2008. He had previously been the company's chief financial officer. In his role as CE0, Jordan has responsibility for setting strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the $26.5 billion asset, approximately 5,700 employee financial services company.

Jordan has 24 years of financial services industry experience. Before joining First Horizon, he was chief financial officer at Regions Financial Corp. Prior to that, he had experience at Wachovia (previously First Union Corp.) and KPMG.

He holds a BA degree in finance and accounting from Catawba College, where he currently serves on the board of trustees, and is a certified public accountant.
